Jimmy Pons creates art using scraps of oil he found and that stuck to his feet while vacationing on the beaches of Spain. From my time in SoCal, seems like Playa Del Rey would be a good source as well. I am sure the artist hopes that his medium ultimately dries up, but for now what a great way to make Art from Pollution.
