Perhaps FB is caffeine. It is highly addictive, still a drug, yet so acceptable you can drink it at work. When used appropriately it helps you have a better day, when used in excess it makes you feel like your head is going to explode. Old people should not have any, especially after dinner because they won’t be able to sleep.
