Lessons from a wet phone
Yesterday I accidentally threw my blackberry in the wash, which happened to be in a pocket. I scrambled to get my old Treo turned on in time for a scheduled call. This morning my blackberry had dried out and is working fine. Takeaways:.

WatchWith spring just around the corner (alright that may be a little optimistic), I am picking up a bike I found on craigslist this weekend. What an amazing video this is and brilliant move by Hutchinson tires, who I have never heard of, but will not soon forget. I hope I have some rides that are this scenic and soothing.

I spent about an hour this weekend on a phone tree trying to get our of the automated service and to a live person. It was frustrating beyond belief and I eventually conceded defeat. I enjoyed this write up this morning regarding Zappos. Here is an excerpt:
