What a powerful and life-filled photographic journey this is.  Photographer, Phillip Toledano has posted this amazing collection to capture his moments with his 97 year old father who suffers from dementia.  He didn’t realize the severity of the dementia, due to the way his Mother hid it while she was alive.  This is amazing stuff!
